What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Debit, Credit and NetBank Transfer.

Where do you ship and how?
Currently we only ship products within India via a designated courier service. Please allow 10 to 15 business  days for deliveries.

How can I cancel my order?
You’re able to cancel an order before the order has been dispatched.  Once payment is received, goods are normally processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Please contact customer support at support@graceandchloe.com and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that once your order has been dispatched, we will no longer be able to cancel your order. Please provide your order number with every inquiry to customer support so they may better assist you

I haven’t received my order, my order is missing items, or my shipment is late?
Please contact our customer support team at support@graceandchloe.com with your order number and we will be more than happy to assist you immediately!

Are your products authentic?
Absolutely, we work directly with brands and authorised distributors in Korea to ensure that all products we sell are authentic.

What is the expiry date of my product?
Korean products are usually labelled with a manufacturing date instead of an expiry date. Products have a shelf-life of two to three years, depending on each individual product and brand, so don’t be alarmed if you receive a product stamped with a date prior to the date you bought the product!
