If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product(s) in its original condition within 7 days of the date of receipt. Contact us at email@example.com for pre-approval and we will guide you through the process.
We will only accept returns for items that are unused, unopened, or otherwise in a re-sellable condition. Grace&Chloe will not refund any opened, used, discounted, clearance or sales products or free gifts or samples. Please note that we are not responsible for the shipping costs of returns or liable for lost/damaged returns. Any free gifts or samples that comes with the product(s) must also be returned with the product(s).
If the returning item does not meet the Return Policy criteria then the item will be shipped back to the customer at their own expense.
It can take up to 15 business days for the return to be processed once it is received at our warehouse. After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment (excluding the original delivery fee). For cash on delivery transactions, we will issue a cheque in the name and address as specified in the billing details with the refund amount within 15 days of us receiving the products back.
My items was damaged or different can I return it?
Yes, you can return damaged or different items. All products are checked for quality before dispatch and while we try our best to ensure that the product is delivered to you in perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen you can return the damaged items and we will re-send the product and pay for the return and additional postage charges. In the case where the product is sold out we will offer a full refund. Please contact us immediately once you received and found out the item is damaged or different, we will guide you through the return process.
